WellaPlex Kit Big Step 1+2

This kit is used either with lightening or colour services or as a standalone treatment. Step 1 of the kit serves as a Bond Maker which helps to create bonds within the hair during colour or lightening service to keep hair in good condition. This is to be mixed with lightening or colour. The step 2 Bond Stabiliser further strengthens the bonds, re-balances pH and strengthens the hair structure after chemical treatments. This wonderful kit provides your  hair with perfect colour and lift development.
